For over two years now, our customers have been using Atlasware for free and enjoying the time-saving benefits of our unique Atlasware PDF format to prepare and present their disability claims for their clients. During that time, we provided free support to anyone who called and needed help with our program and we adapted our converter to changes in agency file format as soon as the changes are reported.
Atlasware is now completely reinvented with a capability that no converter on the market has ever had. The program now interfaces with the Social Security download site and allows you to download numerous files at one time without going through the intricate Social Security download procedures each time you do; All the while, complying with Agency security requirements. Just put in the client’s Social Security number and the file will appear on your desktop already converted as soon as it is available on the website.
A select group of users have enjoyed this quick and easy multiple file download ability of the new Atlasware during our Beta testing period. The response from them has been unanimous—this is a superb piece of software that saves them significant time and money.

- Atlasware’s automatic updates for upgrades and programming fixes will still be seamless, simple to install, and free, no matter how many copies of the program you have. Just clicking on the program will check to see if there is a new update and it will update right then.

“Well,” you say… If the program is free, how much will it cost then? You will be charged a simple flat fee per client. Once you pay for that client, you can download and convert the client’s file an unlimited number of times on any computer with no additional cost. In the pricing model below, 1 voucher is equal to an unlimited amount of conversions for 1 client both in Manual and Automated Mode. Our current pricing model:
This price model levels the playing field for all sizes of firms based on your need. If you have just a few cases you need converting, you get the same super performance and product as a multi-state mega-firm would.
We plan to introduce a “Firm Account” with authorized users so that all vouchers are shared and there is only one charge per SSN regardless who in the firm makes the request. Right now, the feature is not in the program yet. For now we are recommending firms to use one account on all the computers. That will be one of the first additions to the product when we go live and once the logic is in place, you will be able to share conversions vouchers and history. We will make sure when you go from a single account to the “firm” account with multiple users your vouchers transfer as well as the history so you aren’t charged multiple times for the same client.
We also plan to have a reporting module for both tracking expenses (if you charge those to your clients) and more importantly tracking user behavior. Does “Bob” only download and convert right before the hearing while “Nicole” does it 10 times over the life of the case? I know I want to know that info in my office.
You decide what you need. The website is open 24 hours a day for you to put your credit card in and get your credits. The program keeps track of which clients you bought already, and which clients are new so that you only pay once for each. This works for single representative firms or 50 representative firms. Have one account or many. All your call.
If you don’t like it, you can stop using it with no obligation. If you want to come back to using it, it costs nothing to start again.
The revenue will allow future development of our most requested features like the ability to merge notes taken over multiple downloads, the full automation of the log-in process and an offline version.
Everyone who has a file converter knows that Social Security changes things from time to time that crashes converters.
