Do I still get multiple uploads and downloads for one price?
Yes. Like Atlasware desktop, Atlasware Cloud will only charge users one time per claimant, which means after the first action, you can download and upload as much as needed for a particular claimant at no additional charge.
Atlasware Cloud allows multiple users to access the system simultaneously, provides faster downloads from the Social Security Administration electronic records exchange(ERE), schedules automatic downloads of disability case files, directs uploads to the Social Security Administration ERE, and produces high quality briefs easily and affordably.
To maximize the benefits of cloud-based technology, Atlasware has made the decision to move all users to the cloud. Upgrading all users will be done over a period of months with plenty of time to ensure that our current desktop users do not experience any disruption of their business and can plan for the upgrade. Atlasware support will provide communications about the steps necessary to make the upgrade as seamless as possible. Generally, the upgrade can be completed within one hour or less. The first step is to contact our support team via Request a demo. One of our program managers will contact you to schedule a demo and gather the necessary information to establish your firm within the Atlasware Cloud system prior to your migration meeting. A one-hour meeting will be scheduled via telephone to complete the Atlasware Cloud migration and training. After the initial meeting, all of your files and disability data will be available. Atlasware Cloud support will follow-up post upgrade to ensure you and your staff don’t have any questions, the billing is accurate and all necessary questions are answered.
